The study Comprehensive analysis of employment from the Population and Housing Census 2021 with detailed breakdowns by branches of economic activity, employment, education and regions is a key tool for understanding the complexity of factors that affect residents' working lives. The research focuses on several critical areas that provide different perspectives on employment, work and family life issues in the country. The analytical findings provide a number of completely new findings that significantly expand the information base on spousal career relationships and work-life balance. At the same time, they provide an important basis for further research.
