Statistics in contexts: Family behaviour of the Slovak population

On 31 October 2023, the Statistical Office of the Slovak Republic released a cross-cutting analytical publication Family behaviour of the Slovak population. The publication established on the basic of results of the 2021 Population and Housing Census and the results of the EU SILC survey, is a follow-up to a similar publication issued by the Statistical Office of the Slovak republic in 2015. Innovations implemented in the 2021 Population and Housing Census have enabled a more comprehensive approach to the treatment of family issues from a statistical point of view.
