A journey to the address point - process and technical specification of the territorial preparation focused on address points

The article deals with the territorial preparation for the 2021 Population and Housing Census. Territorial preparation will be partially different and based on the integration of administrative data sources and it must result in an address up to the address point. Territorial preparation is carried out in several phases which are further described below and are the procedure chosen by the Statistical Office of the Slovak Republic for the testing of administrative data sources for the purpose of territorial preparation. Final processing of territorial preparation may vary.
